Terms of use
Last updated 1 November 2026. These terms apply to ozdatracker.com, the Oz DA Tracker app and our emails ("the service"). The service is run by Oz DA Tracker, an OzTracker service, based in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us").
What the service is
We bring together development applications that councils make publicly available, sort them by trade and project type and show them to subscribers as possible work leads. We don't create the applications and we can't promise that every council, application or detail is complete, current or correct. Always check the details with the council before relying on them.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. One account is for one business; please don't share your sign-in or resell the data.
Plans, trials and payment
Plans are charged monthly or yearly in Australian dollars, GST included. New subscribers get one 7-day free trial per person. Your card is taken at sign-up and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; we email you 2 days before. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, GST, receipts and payment questions.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account. If you cancel during the trial, access stops straight away and you're not charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed. If a payment fails, Paddle retries it for a few weeks; if it can't be collected the subscription ends and access stops.
Using the data fairly
Use leads to offer your services in a reasonable way. Don't use the service to harass anyone, to send spam, or to do anything unlawful, and follow the rules that apply to you about contacting people (including the Spam Act and the Do Not Call Register). We may suspend an account that misuses the service.
Privacy of people in the applications
We never show private individuals' names. We show business names where the applicant is a business. See our privacy policy.
Changes and availability
Councils change their websites and some may stop publishing; coverage can change. We may update the service, our prices (with at least 30 days' notice by email, and founding members keep their price for 12 months) and these terms. We'll tell you about important changes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
