- When am I charged?
- Your card is taken when you start, and nothing is charged for 7 days. We email you 2 days before the first charge. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Contact us and we'll move you across; the price difference is worked out for you.
- Who handles payment?
- Paddle, our payment provider, handles the checkout, your card details, GST and receipts. We never see or store your card number.
- Is my area covered?
- Check the coverage page before you start: it shows every council we cover and how many applications each had.
